1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, booking, or making payments through the Vibrant Hotel website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including all related policies on Privacy, Payments, Cancellation, Refunds, and Booking Modifications.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between the user (“Guest”) and Vibrant Hotel, operated by Global Comfort Group Corporation.

2. Credit Card Authorization Policy

2.1 Cardholder Verification

If you are the credit card holder, you may be required to present the same credit card used for payment and a valid government-issued ID at the Front Desk upon check-in for verification purposes.

2.2 Third-Party Credit Card Payments

If payment is made using a credit card that does not belong to the staying guest, the following documents must be presented at check-in:

1. A duly signed Credit Card Authorization Letter from the cardholder
2. A photocopy or digital copy of the front portion of the credit card used (for verification only)
3. A photocopy or digital copy of the cardholder’s valid government-issued ID (front and back)
4. A photocopy or digital copy of the guest’s valid government-issued ID (front and back)

Failure to present the required documents may result in denial of check-in or request for alternative payment.

3. No-Show, Non-Refundable, and Rebooking Policy

3.1 No-Show Policy

A no-show occurs when a guest fails to arrive at the hotel on the confirmed check-in date and time without completing a valid cancellation or rebooking within the allowable window.

In the event of a no-show, the full amount of the confirmed reservation shall be charged to the guest’s cash deposit or credit card.

3.2 Non-Refundable Bookings

All bookings made through the Vibrant Hotel website are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer or as required by law.

3.3 Rebooking and Modification

While bookings are non-refundable, guests may request reinstatement or modification of the reservation, subject to the following:

• Room availability
• Applicable rebooking rules and cancellation windows
• Rate adjustments based on revised dates, time, or occupancy

Any approved rebooking shall apply the original payment to the new reservation, subject to price differences.

4. Early Departure, Check-In, and Check-Out Policy

4.1 Early Departure

Guests who depart earlier than the scheduled check-out time shall not be entitled to a refund for unused nights, hours, or time blocks. The remaining balance will be charged in full against the deposit or credit card guarantee.

4.2 Standard Check-In and Check-Out Times

• Check-in Time: 2:00 PM
• Check-out Time: 12:00 PM

4.3 Early Check-In and Late Check-Out

Requests for early check-in (before 2:00 PM) or late check-out (after 12:00 PM) are:

• Subject to room availability
• Subject to hotel occupancy levels
• May incur additional charges, as determined by hotel management

Approval of such requests is not guaranteed and shall be confirmed at the discretion of Vibrant Hotel.

5. Booking Schedule Change Policy

Requests to change booking dates or times are allowed only within the applicable cancellation window as disclosed at the time of booking.

All schedule changes are:

• Subject to room availability
• Subject to prevailing rates (weekday vs weekend, peak periods)
• Not guaranteed once the cancellation window has lapsed

6. Room Classification and Allocation Policy

Room type and classification selected at the time of booking are final and binding.

• Bookings for AI-Tech Rooms, Concept Rooms, or specialty room types may not be downgraded to regular room categories
• Room upgrades are subject to availability and applicable rate differences
• Requests for changes outside the booked classification may be declined

7. Force Majeure

Vibrant Hotel shall not be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, public health emergencies, or force majeure events.

In such cases, Vibrant Hotel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel reservations as necessary.

8. Limitation of Liability

Vibrant Hotel shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website, booking delays, system interruptions, or third-party payment processing issues, except as required by law.

9. Amendments and Updates

Vibrant Hotel reserves the right to revise or update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes.

Updated versions shall be posted on this website and shall take effect immediately upon publication.
